In 2023, Green Wind Renewables and Macquarie Asset Management signed a partnership agreement to deliver a portfolio of large-scale wind farm projects in WA, totaling up to 2.4GW. In late 2023, Macquarie Asset Management launched a portfolio company called Aula Energy to develop, construct and operate onshore renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand, including the WA projects being developed jointly with Green Wind Renewables.
